Final program: Smart Grid game – Saturday 14 March

Ready to participate instead of sitting down and listening? The Smart Grid Game is a role playing game in which you experience and deal with the complexity of the energy system.

Realising the energy transition is something no single actor can do on its own. Achieving this common goal, but at the same time promoting your individual interests results in a game of negotiating and achieving coalitions with fellow YES-DC members. The inter dependency of stake holders adds a lot of complexity to the energy system which is an obstacle for innovation.

At the completion of the game, an in-depth discussion allows you to transfer this gaming experience to your own professional challenges. Participation is free thanks to the sponsor of the day Netbeheer Nederland. The game will be facilitated by Cees Meershoek (Be Involved) who has developed the game and Timo Spijkerboer (Transition Talent).

  • Registration is limited to 30 YES-DC members only (Become a member)
  • Deadline for registration is 10 March as we will form small groups
  • The game is sponsored by Netbeheer Nederland and therefore free for YES-DC members
